Each week, the rare pear Holland Park include ‘Pure Energy’ healthy lunch options on our menu to celebrate fine food and healthy living. Pure Energy menu specials mean that you can promote and optimise good health, but still eat delicious food. They taste good and are good for you. The intense flavours do not rely on excessive fat, sugar or salt and focus on achieving maximum nutrition.

As well as our Pure Energy specials, the menus at Holland Park and Samford both include vegetarian dishes. Also, the rare pear Holland Park now make Green Smoothies for a boost of instant energy and nutrition.
